Toddler Parties
Toddler Parties are a fantastic way of entertaining your children (aged 0 - 3 years) in a new and exciting way.
The Crafty Club offers a tailor made service, as each party is designed with your child in mind. We have a large selection of activity themes that can be adapted to suit your child's needs and interests. Alternatively you can suggest a theme and we will endeavor to develop a party that suits!
The finer details
Parties cost from £6 per child for a wide selection of messy activities such as painting using rollers, brushes, sponges, hands, feet, and anything else we can get a hold of. Also we work with glue, glitter, pens, pencils, sand and much more. The idea of the Toddler Parties is to let children run wild with activities that are usually kept for when they go to nursery or even school. The parties usually last for 1hour 30mins and the minimum number of children we provide a party for is 10, (minimum cost £60).
How it works.
Our party service has been designed with your family in mind. We know how expensive a small party can become so our parties are all inclusive. We supply the invitations, a party tent for the party, floor coverings, tables, chairs and a goody bag for the children so they can take home their craft creations. All you need to supply is an area suitable for the party tent and any food and drink you wish. You are also welcome to add to the goody bag.
The Toddler Parties are child centred and our fully trained staff will provide all children with the support and encouragement they need in order to get the most from the experience.
Parents are encouraged to stay with their children for toddler parties, however the ratio of adults to children must be 1:3. Children are the responsibility of their parent/carer or the party host at all times.
Invitations Invitations and envelopes are included in the price, so that's one less thing you have to worry about!
Party bags
We provide each child with their own party bag to take home their fantastic creations. If you would like to add an additional treat in the bag then you are welcome to do so.
Party tent
We have 2 fantastic Party Tents that can be erected in your own garden, one 3mx3m and the other 3mx6m. We also supply the tables, chairs, floor coverings and hand washing facilities. We would ask that you ensure there is a space no smaller the 3mx3m for the party tent.
We are able to set up the party in any venue should you wish to hire a hall yourself. The cost for the party will remain the same.
You can relax
You can relax in the knowledge that all our staff are fully trained, insured and police checked.
All the products we use are non toxic and comply with Health and Safety requirements.
Parents who drop their children off at the party will be asked to complete a contact sheet which details any medical problems or allergies we should be aware of.
